It feels like it has been ages since the scare with the contaminated dog food products. And where has the dog food industry taken this? Just what regulations have come around to protect our pets?
Probably the best resource we have is the FDA with the website it created to inform the public of tainted pet foods.
The senate has held a Pet Food Safety hearing in April, and the next one is scheduled for July 17th. Where will this bring us? The Itchmo site has tried to keep us up to date, but it can be overwhelming trying to do someone else's job.
